I'm from Las Vegas Nevada, I never knew what a crack head was until I moved here, at my jobs they would come in all the time all cracked out, and they move around kind of like that, but mostly worse, we are just now cleaning up our drug problem so there are not as many, but ya you could say it is from my experience.
