कटरा बनिहाल रेलवे प्रोजेक्ट के 111 किलोमीटर हिस्से में से सिर्फ एक रेल सुरंग अभी तक पूरी नहीं हुई है यह रेल सुरंग है रेल सुरंग T33... इस रेल सुरंग को पहले रेल सुरंग T1 के नाम से जाना जाता था यह रेल सुरंग 3.2 किलोमीटर लंबी है और इसमें तकरीबन 100 मी का हिस्सा अधूरा है इस 100 मीटर के हिस्से को रेल सुरंग के अंदर खोदने का काम चल रहा है इसी के साथ यहां पर सुरंग की लाइनिंग का भी काम किया जा रहा है दरअसल रेल सुरंग में यह दिक्कत Main Boundary Thrust की वजह से आ रही है ... इसके चलते रेल सुरंग के अंदर पानी का लगातार रिसाव है और यहां पर काम करना आसान नहीं है इस रेल सुरंग के अधूरे काम के चलते रियासी से कटरा के बीच का 17 किलोमीटर लंबा रेल मार्ग ट्रेनों के संचालन के लिए तैयार नहीं हो पाया है #KatraBanihalRailProject #USBRLT33 #usbrlproject
