Absolutely and she is not a English person to have the need to speak English fluently or especially with an English accent. It's not native language of India. We Indians often take pride in western behavior forgetting our heritage. Look at the Chinese/Japanese, they value their language and culture and we are throwing it down the garbage drain. Kangana is a fabulous actor and has proven so numeral times, she is right on top there as one of Bollywood's best actors at the moment.
