watching and doing boxing for nearly 3 years now I feel like the more relaxed or focused you are when it comes to mentality the better you perform because what some people don't realise is that mentality is a huge component of boxing and if your not in the right mindset that can be detrimental to the way you fight. But when I say focused if your too serious it could cause you to become nervous or lose sight of the bigger picture.
