Exclusive Location in DUBAI | Luxury Villa

Dubai Hills Villa is located in the distinguished and reputable Al Barsha South area in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is quite a sought-after area not only due to being in close proximity to the stunning Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden, but also because of the tight-knit residential community.
The client wanted to create a lavish yet comfortable villa to reside in. The design brief was to create a warm and pleasant space with a practical layout. As a result, the decision was made for the living spaces to be interdependent yet also being partitioned where required. As it is a large property, we made it our duty to ensure that the spaces smoothly merge into one another in order to make the flow of movement and circulation organic and natural.
The client had a budget of approximately £800,000 to invest in the project. While always keeping the budget in mind, we diligently created a spectacular design with phenomenal finishes, and great functionality overall.
