Love the simple south Florida home, but the important part is, IT'S PAID FOR! Lived there for 35+ years, the sub-tropical climate is always a pleasure to return to, and is the only part of the continental U.S. that stays pretty much above 70 degrees even in the winter months. The afternoon rains can be a bit much sometimes, but the caribbean and Brazilian food really can't be found anywhere else. I miss my cafecito (Cafe Cubano) big time.
