honestly i hate the fact when people meet a celebrity or even just see one they run after them and ask to get a picture. a damn picture. like, don't you want to know how they're doing or whats going on? Im sure it would make a celebrity happy to know that people want to know how they feel and how they're doing and not just who their dating and if they can get a picture with them. I get you want to have a "memory" of the time, but maybe ask how their doing first instead of right when you see them, run after them like a lost puppy, and force a camera into their face.
