what ever happened to freedom of speech as guaranteed by the constitution of india... i think it gives us the right to express ourselves in any way we like without any repercussions. So, we shouldnt have to apologise for anything. Feel free to speak your mind... take them to court if necessary.. Regarding apology letter, people have different mentality, I think it's forceful action in one way or another, in broad sense it appended in sound mind in sound body not to acts in future in public domain in order to cease his/her action or character.
