You can only purchase the VIP exclusive items on the day of your tour. Our host said you can place an order with the host anytime that day but we ordered ours upon check-in because we wanted to focus on the parks during our tour. They conveniently placed our items in our car that was with valet at the Grand Californian - they made it super seamless. Are you thinking of trying out the VIP tour?
