Disagree. I think it's because Quentin takes the necessary time to work on and perfect all the little details in his scripts and so fully realise his vision that his movies turn out as good as they do. He's been known of work on a script for 5 years before ever letting anyone know about it.

One thing you can't deny is Quentin is 100% about the craft. Sometimes his passion for movies and experimenting can be a tad indulgent but nonetheless.
