Update on the Rachel Morin homicide case. EXCLUSIVE: We have photos of the house in Los Angeles where the Rachel Morin homicide suspect went in and assaulted an underage girl in March 2023. The suspect is seen on a video doorbell camera leaving that house. Someone who is NOT the victim lets him out, according to our sources.
Authorities say the suspect in the LA attack is the person who killed Rachel Morin, the 37-year-old mother of five, on the Ma and Pa Hiking Trail in Bel Air, Maryland on Aug. 6.
The suspect likely knew someone in Baltimore which brought him to the east coast. Authorities are still searching for the suspect, who may have fled into Mexico.

Because he is leaving partially undressed, being shown the door instead of attacked is weird. I wonder if the person showing him the door was elderly or somehow knew he couldn't win in a fight. I'm wondering how close this house is to the area where the two models were murdered. They were black. One of them sustained horrific injuries that her sister told about but I can't bring myself to repeat. I heard that Rachel Morin was horribly brutalized and she looked like a model. So I'm noticing the L.A. connection, victims that were or looked like models and the horrific abuse and wonder if there is a connection. The two models only lived .8 miles away from each other.

I’m a little concerned that the victim is a bit exploited now - the house and location seems easy to find now after you showed the school/park at the end of the street - eek! I hope the victim is protected completely! Or no longer residing there. The good thing -if it can be considered good - is that alleged gang activity/presence will deter outsiders from visiting the area or trying to bother the family.

Maybe he is a transient renting roons. If he was burglarizing his own landlord, they could have thrown him out. He could have been sleeping upstairs with his shirt off in that hot, stuffy looking room with the tiny air conditioner? Or maybe he had moved in there with a latino friend to sleep.
