I always had this question and will always be.. WHY DONT WE GET BACK THE PHYSICAL PROXIMITY SENSOR on all Xiaomi/Poco/Redmi devices. A physical sensor can never be replaced with a software and we know all the scenarios where artificial proximity sensor lacks behind. Please ask them to get back the physical sensor. Como câmera morta, slot sim morto, no final o problema da câmera morta, Meus amigos também enfrentaram os mesmos problemas com seus telefones poco X2, x3. E centro de serviços cobrando mais de 125 $ + Portanto, não recomendo a ninguém que compre um telefone poco aqui na Índia ...

I was a very very big fan of POCO, but off late it has disappointed me with updates , hardware issues and after sale service. I am a POCO X2 user which I bought 2.5years ago, now suddenly after an update the rear camera has just stopped working. On reaching out to the service center their technical team says that this is a motherboard issue and it needs to be changed for which it will cost ₹8900 nearly as this phone is no longer covered by warranty. Totally disappointed with this and after this I'm never recommending a POCOPHONE to anyone. @Trakin tech can you guide me of how to get this issue addressed.

I have a POCO X3 and after updating to MIUI 13 and Android 12 my phone's speaker and selfie stopped working. Service centre say it's mother bord problem and i have to to pay 9k to repair. How can I spend 9k for 16k phone. And why poco didn't do anything for POCO X3 users. Please Arun sir ask it to poco. My phone is just 2 years old. I still have the phone and it's not able to exchange in Flipkart because it's selfie isn't working.

Poco is really great brand. My Poco F1 is still going great. But my question is that why they dumped the Poco F1 USP infrared face recognition in their later iterations. I would like to see infrared face recognition in mobile which help in face unlocking in 100% dark environments which is working flawlessly in my Poco F1 which is the only reason I'm not discarding that mobile.

मे काफी लंबे टाइम से पोको मोबाइल चला रहा हु काफी अच्छे मोबाइल है पोको और कीमत भी अच्छी है अभी पिछले 3 सालों से मेरे घर पर poco m 2 poco m3 यूज़ कर रहे है रेप कर यूज़ करते हैं पर कोई प्रॉब्लम नही आई मोबाइल मेंऔर अभी poco x 5 pro लेने का सोचा है और लूंगा भी नसीब अपना अपना क्योकि x सिरीज में काफी शिकायत आई कुछ दिन पहले पर शायद अब नही आनी चाहिए बाकी एक बात तो है poco कम रेट में बहुत पावरफुल मोबाइल होते हैं जय श्री राम🙏🚩🚩
