Ok, Finn was totally gazing at Millie - that's why he leaned all the way forward in his chair and Millie looked back at him and laughed. And when he actually talked to Sadie at 00:44 - "With everyone?" - his eyeline changed and he looked up/back at Sadie. I do think there was a thing between Millie and Finn around that time, even if it was just a mutual crush, but I don't think there is anymore. Maybe that's why they had such intense chemistry in season 1/2.
