Coach Prime I am in agreement with everything that you are saying and doing. However, getting access and building trust also means submitting to your superior. I believe that, experience that first hand, been told that by blacks, seen it work to perfection, but I will never submit to anyone, but god. I see so many people submitting, brown nosing, rubbing shoulders, you name it, just to get ahead. So to me, in my experience, getting complete access, being trusted, equates to submitting to your superior and I do not have that skill set in my blood, however, if you want a qualified high end performance then I am your guy. I worked for gov for 24 years and my bosses never ask me to submit I truly do not know how. I am dark-skinned, avg looks but have had threesomes with white and black, and black and black and turned down other opportunities. Ive seen white privilege first hand, its real. Whites getting jobs with no prior exp, getting all the access to do everyone's job, all the top training, everyone helping them, me I am on my own. Their relationships are pre-built but I have to do all of the work. I rather be dead on the outside and alive on the inside. I can go on and on but I am on my phone. So yes, again I agree with you that if you want complete access you must build trust, relationships, which equates to selling your soul and not basedb your performance.
