THEY actually caused Jason to come there by preventing Brittney from communications. They need to be questioned, Jason can force them into a courtroom to question them, all of them! We had no idea Jason & Brittney had been talking so much, this is the deal, she would have told him about Sam. Another angle on this is that it may not have been Brittney that he was even talking to, or that had called his Ex, something wicked on the side of Brittney's corporation that may have been targeting Jason.
