@@kelssluv blaming the producers for your actions is an easy cop out, because if what they said was true then that would make the show scripted and these are the same people that say the show isn’t scripted. Yes it’s structured and the producers probably encourage islanders to do certain things but their words and actions come from them, not the producers forcing them to. Even Wil said in movie night that he did what he did because he wanted to.

@@Not_Karam I don't think he's blaming the producers directly. He's suggesting that, in some cases, situations are set up to tarnish someone's image. Every couple in the villa has faced some issues, whether it's disrespect or disregarding their partner's feelings. Despite these problems, they are allowed to move forward without it affecting their future. In regards your point about it being a cop out, I disagree. Wil was completely wrong for what he said at the film festival, and he has taken accountability for it. However, it's weirdddd that they were only shown when issues arose, which pushed certain narratives about them. The viewers never got to understand the depth of their relationship, and that’s why they are reacting the way they are. And This is the producers' fault. People just need to be given a break, honestly.

Love them, they had the most realistic relationship on love island in a while , I guess the production didn’t like them much because they weren’t toxic and hoping around looking for new partners, They were always in their own bubble playing and being happy, and I am the only one who understood why he needed to explore at casa amor to be sure of his connection with Uma because he came in went straight after Uma and pretty much focused on her without really getting to know the other girls deeper, he only pulled them for chats once and stole Uka from Omar, it’s always nice to see them be with other girls to check and see if the connection they have built is strong enough before they move to the next stage of closing things off, I wish he did with Matilda but he didn’t seem keen on it, Uma got to explore with Ayo and Omar before she found Wil and fell for him. Glad they sailed through the obstacles because I was skeptical about Reuben who seem to see it as a competition to win Uma but Wil saw it as he had worked on building something stronger with her and he was confident about the feeling they both had then, I just hate that they never got a date because it was clear they would have closed things off specially if they got one. Anyways all the best to them ❤

As Uma said, there was no need to explore. And furthermore, exploration doesn't require kissing. He acted out and still doesn't have a proper rationale for doing so. And then handled things childishly at movie night. Let's not pretend like he also didn't try to move to Jessy and then suddenly said to Uma during recoupling, there's a chance she may pick me. Uma may be his main girl but he gives he'll step out on her if not at the very least still flirt with other women on the side.
