Have always had a reverence and affection for the Aran sweater. Encountered it back in the early 80s, then knowing it as an Irish fisherman. After learning of its history and quality, have grown to appreciate it more. Something to cherish. Have explored the world, where the wintry wet climate exists; nothing compares to the Aran. svet lana Its called carraig donn not sure where its based exactly probably on the aran islands or in galway city,but there are a number of carraig donn stores in the west of ireland sligo town for example
