Most of these things happen when people wear cloth masks for fashion .The N 95 ones of good quality prevent fogging , easier to breathe through and no rashes at all .But most ,specially women want fashion masks hence the issues .Moreover this is what is required for own safety and that of others hence the discomfort doesn't matter .
