The best thing about the early to mid 201’s, teams that haven’t made the playoffs in decades finally had some playoff runs. Pittsburgh, Kansas City and Toronto to name a few.

I watched a KZbin video before and it said that the pirates are being bad on purpose to get money from all of the other teams. Then in 3 or 4 years there our going to get all of the all star players. For example Hyun Jin Ryu a free agent in 2 years they’ll probably go after him because they’ll have a lot of money from all of the other good teams.

The pirates are one of those teams who would be good in the 2021 season if they never traded Cole, marte, Martin, bell, mcutchen, I think liriano and aj Burnett although Burnett would retire with the pirates if he stayed

Eh, maybe. But part of the reason that you don't win for 30 years is that you don't make the most of who you have. For example, Cole was good with the Pirates, but he was fucking amazing with Houston. I can't remember the specifics because that was 4 or 5 years ago, but it wasn't (just) Houston having better sticky stuff, he changed the way he used his pitches. The talent is important, but so are people that know how to get the most out of it.
