The Dodgers rotation this postseason could have been Glasnow, Stone, Kershaw, and River Ryan. Missed Vesia in the CS. Missed Phillips in the WS. Missed Betts and Muncy for a large stretch. Yamamoto injured, Kershaw barely pitched, Treinen had an IL spell, Graterol missed the whole season. Bring in Flaherty (who NYY could have had) and he delivered late in the reg. season when they needed him. Edman hadn't even played yet when they acquired him. Yes, LA has a ton of money to spend, but they also spend it wisely and make shrewd acquisitions.

Let's not act like the Yankees don't spend a ton also. And if the re-sign Soto and Cole it will only get more expensive. You will notice in my comment I wasn't just talking about the Dodgers stars. Trading for Edman and Kopech. Bringing back E. Hernandez. Signing a world class defensive SS in Rojas. Trading for Kiermaier to give them better CF depth.

Wisely? Lmao they have like a 2 billion dollar payroll. They said "Screw the competition, just buy em all" 😂 the fact they were this good with many of their guys out, shows just how unbalanced the league is about to be and how no team stands a fair chance like at all. I personally won't be watching baseball for a while. No point, the Dodgers will 10 peat with rosters like this.

Michael Kay got to watch the masterclass of his Yankees choking game 5, nothing more satisfying, glad they threw game 4 away, it was way better they won game 5 in a historic way. Broke records all postseason long and added 1 more to win the whole thing. What a team, the scary part is they have a whole starting rotation on the IL alone 😅and Shohei was banged up

26:08 Cole and Rizzo made the wrong play. But Betts had a nice run. The Yankees were so sure of winning that they let their guard down. The Dodgers were down by five runs, but they didn't give up. The Yankees could have won Games 1 and 5. This play is why they couldn’t have won. This play is what the World Series is all about.

Managerial decisions in games 1 and 5, defense in game 5, and Aaron Judge getting hot too late, the dodgers capitalizing on their chances and on our mistakes (yankees fan) and they deserved to win, a failure of a season in our books, and success for the dodgers Lets go Yankees, and the cut within that play and the next play is wild.

The Yankees are talented but they really have a lot of holes, moreso than I realized going in. The bottom of their lineup is lousy, they don't have much team speed or any table-setters, they don't go from first to third on a single, their baserunning isn't very good and their defense is suspect. It's easy to see why they were a .500 team for the last four months of the season after a 50-22 start.

Most lame series I've saw in a very long time.. so boring and so predictable. Dodgers fans may love it, but most people didnt. When you buy up all the good talent and international talent, it takes the competition away and takes any fun away from watching it. Multiple hours of my life I won't get back lets put it that way.
