Exemption sa AKAP distribution, maaari pang mapawalang bisa - Comelec

Hindi pa epektibo ang ibinigay nilang unang exemption na hiningi ng Department of Social Welfare and Development o DSWD para sa Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program o AKAP.
Ito ang nilinaw ng Commission on Elections o Comelec kaya't posibleng bawiin nila ang ibinigay na exemption.
Samantala, hindi naman inaksyunan ng Comelec ang pangalawang request para sa AKAP exemption na nagkakahalaga ng 12 billion pesos.
