Sir, I don't understand the difference between Q6 part a and part b. Why we got phi in first part and {0} in second part? What did we do differently?

Like he said, we have to write the numbers that are present in first set and not present in the second set. In A-B, A had all the numbers that are also present in B while B has zero but we can not write that because it is present in second set, we can only write the numbers that are present only in set 1 and not in set 2. That is why it has an empty set. But in part 2, B is set 1 and A is set 2, so the answer was zero because we have to write the numbers that are present in the first set and not present in second set. 0 was only in set 1 that is B so the answer is 0.
