I'm someone that's hated exercising, my whole life. Now at 64 I've got type 2 diabetes, and know that all the sensible eating in the world isn't enough for me to get my self back to having a healthy happy lifestyle I'm retired and there's just no way for me to be able to get healthy without exercising, I'm so very glad I found you these videos are actually ...FUN That not to be taken lightly ladies, your really life savers, thank you SO MUCH 🙌🚶🏃😅

Aiko is right that it's challenging to flex and point your foot when it's extended in the seated position. I found that I had to bring my leg in so it wasn't so extended in order to flex and point my foot. Thanks ladies for a great cool down. I just discovered your videos and I'm really enjoying them.

I was going to skip the separate cooldown video but decided that I “deserved” it. I am so happy that I made the right choice! Before that I did the 30 min intermediate walking workout after feeling my brain needed more oxygen after a long, hard day of work. Thank you for inspiring me to keep moving and to change my perspective of only thinking of myself from the neck up. Also, just wanted to say that I’m a recent subscriber who is thoroughly enjoying you both (and Mochi!) - the variety of videos you have keep it interesting and I love the mother-daughter banter! So I can't resist your healing workouts . I've continued with the cardio & strength along with the still challenging cooldown . On occasion 2 extra workouts . I'm cautious because I'm 72yrs old & feeling it . I have some medical issues but I'm following the MD"S instructions which includes movement & exercise , you're just what the doctor ordered . Worried this is too much information but you each enhance my life & I don't want to appear inconsistently participating . God Bless & Thank you .

For some reason I gave this cooldown a thumbs up but neglected to comment! Cooldowns, warmups, and stretches all fall into the STRETCH ROUTINE category for me. I use all of them before and after workouts, as well as feel good stretches. This one's no exception and I've returned to it again and again. Really nice routine!...Anastasia

Great cool-down routine, I've combined it with the 10 minute energising warm-up, followed by the 25minute walk and dance routine, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much for all you do. Have a great day 😊

Hi again , I decided it best to follow your recommendation & added the cool down . This workout is a challenge for me ,I guess I expect it to be relaxing & easy but I may not be quite up for it . Hope this isn't too much information. Thank you for all you give .

Hi there! You did good! Finishing a workout with a cool down is good as it relaxes your heart rate and muscles but if you find it challenging, it's certainly okay not too! After several years of back pain and suffering, i wanted to start some gentle exercises. I returned from abroad and had to self isolate for 10 days and came across these simple but very effective videos. I have been using them for a few days now and have got to admit, I have seen some improvement in my flexibility and reduced pain. Keep up the good work! I love the choices in warm-ups and cool downs, which a lot of videos do not have. Thank you so much!
