This was a well paced and encouraging presentation for chronic pain. Slow and steady will win this race. Especially if you have a pup to walk and play with and who grows and needs care from the human. Fantastic plan to ,stepwise, get function back.

I have actually found that starting an exercise regime again actually helps shift my mind off the pain. The exercise is so far really helping me. I am sure it's connected with endorphins but perhaps more with just blood pumping around the body helping to heal and flush out the rubbish in my system. Interestingly enough I started off with a five minute session on the exercise bike and felt absolutely great - so now I am doing two thirty minute sessions every day for three days with a day off then another three days of exercise.

I work out a lot and still have chronic pain, too many KZbin videos saying exercise helps chronic pain? I've been doing it for years while struggling with chronic pain, I feel I'm getting worse most days...
