Exercise is critical to recovery. Right now I’m really trying to change my mindset about drinking. It’s so stupid! I’d say all my extra weight is wine! Thanks for the talk Chris and Katie! Keep on keepin on!!

Hiya. Get professional help. Speak to a doctor. Speak to a therapist or councilor. Take one day at a time. Giving up alcohol will be the best gift you can give yourself. Speak to other ex alcoholics. Learn what to expect. It's nor easy, BUT it's also VERY possible. Good luck.

For anybody who is not afraid of trying a different sort of thing, probably one of the alternatives talked about in Steffon Barkload's homepagw will make you break the addiction in approximately one hour or maybe even far less.

I had forgotten what real energy felt like, yeah, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first days after go’ogling Steffon Barkload and genuinely quitting because I wanted to.

Good though there’s little evidence saunas and sweating do anything for anybody. It’s the exercise that’s important.
