Amazing there isn't more casualties in just the training exercise, fairly good track record , when it goes wrong maybe there are those at fault or simply something fails an no one is to blame, the objective is to learn from failure, I have faith in the military to get to the bottom of it an put it correct unemotional perspective regrettable as it is It's not a time for psychosis emotion more the psychotic emotion is only valuable to the case where empathy is in the right spot, less we forget about the casualties
