THESE EXERCISES SAVED ME! I got Bell’s palsy about 3 months ago at 19 years old which was the scariest moment of my life! My mom thought I was having a stoke but the doctors said it was Bells Palsy. I was scared, panicking, and thought my face would stay that way forever. I got prescribed my medicine and took my B12 vitamins consistently along with doing these Bell’s palsy facial exercise videos EVERY DAY at every moment I could!!!! When I woke up, in my free time, and at night. I healed from Bells Palsy in about 2 weeks. It is scary but you have to have HOPE!!! I thought I was going to stay that way forever which stressed me out and caused a lot of anxiety, but I’m here to tell you that you won’t stay that way forever and do these exercises as much as you can! I hope this helps at least one person❤️

Just a note to tell you how much I appreciate your videos. I'm 73 and contracted Bell's Palsy 2 weeks ago. I've been following your exercise routine and facial massage and it has helped my greatly. After only 2 weeks I've noticed significant improvement. At the onset, the left side of my face was totally useless. I Iooked grotesque. I'm very encouraged by the progress and I can attribute a good part of it to your videos. Many thanks.

I must get back to you after having tried these out. I like the applied principle of stimulating the neural impulse while on one side suppressing any sensation of having acquired the complete form, and on the other providing mechanical support to the muscle fibres to stimulate their contraction. I have now spent one year looking like a fish; it would have been good to meet you earlier, but I fear I was so depressed by what happened to my belovéd face that I was not ready to start the hard work... Now I am angry enough to be able to channel it into determination. Thank you.

I really appreciate your help! I am too a victim of mild bells palsy since 2017. It happened because of my cervical spinal stenosis. It's still there but I continue living by doing yoga and facial massage. But still, my right side cheek seems getting old and sagging and also the right corner of lips is numb and while talking, it gives me an alarm of drool ! I need to work on it more

Thanks for your content and sharing your expertise! I am a rather special case and would like to address a question after a short explanation of my condition: I‘m suffering from iatrogenic facial palsy since 11 months after surgical treatment of cavernous malformations in my brainstem. 3 months ago I underwent a cross face nerve transfer (suralis nerve graft) to establish a connection of my paralyzed side with the intact side, as a regeneration of my affected site is rather unlikely due to a nuclear damage of the facial nerve. The aim of this procedure is to allow movements once reinnveration from the intact contralteral site to the affected site is achieved. Regarding my surgeon I‘m allowed to already exercise facial movements daily, but I don‘t really know which exercise are useful in my special case. Would you suggest the expertise from your „chronic facial palsy“ video or what might be best for me? Would really appreciate your help! Best regards, Max

And one of my eyes is droopy It closes when I'm tired and right side of my mouth is drooping. I don't like to smile because it looks like I am smirking. I will try your exercises. Thank you so much.
