I came across this video about four days ago and I began to follow the video and exercise everyday. It works very well for me as I found myself perspiring more and felt better. I’ll keep practising and hope to get healthier. Thanks a lot Tim.

Thank you, Tim. I used to workout every day before I went into severe depression. I stopped working out and my body has gotten a little sloppy. Your video is the first one I've watched on my road to recovery and was just what I needed.

I saw this gentlelman...Tim ...(now know who he is) on a tv programme. He was excellent. I was a yoga teacher for years...he taught me a lot. Thank you Mr. Tim. The absolute best

I did this video when you published it on the 22nd. I was pausing some and not fully doing all of the exercises because it left my core exhausted. I went through a series of your other videos sometimes twice a day and I came back to this video tonight. I have to say I didn't pause it or rewind it at all plus I did the entire video without stopping. There was one moment in the boat poses that i dropped my legs all the way for like 2 seconds and went back into it, but I'm actually feeling my full core engaging. And those different nuances that you mention that I didn't feel on the 22nd, I'm starting to feel today. Thank you immensely for these videos. Namaste!

loved the voice over yoga that you did in 2014! more of that!!! and maybe a deep stretch, and specific stretches, upper body/lower body would be great for those who lift!!! love it keep it going!

Did ab exercises as long as I can remember. Running full mountain marathons and ski-mountaneering for 3 years. Unfortunately had a big accident last year due to lack of well balanced training. For 2 month I've been practicing. Thank so much, Tim! Didn't realize how important yoga was and it will be, until now!

Loved this! I am a climber so this is a really good one for me. I used it as a cheat day 2 since the time difference here in London UK meant that video 2 isn't out but will look again later today if I still find time.

One of my yoga teachers took one look at me and said (with a smile), now try to do it with only 90% intensity! In other words, once you're in the pose, try to relax into it. For these balancing poses, that's even more relevant.

Great ab workouts, especially those boat poses - man I'm terrible at those. I'd personally love for you to challenge us even more, maybe holding poses longer without break? Just a thought - to keep us having something to reach for! Thanks for the great videos.

Amazing video! This is my first yoga exercise I've ever done. I can't keep my knees fully straight when lifting up my legs while having my back flat on the ground. Have any videos that will help my flexibility in my knees? Recommendations?

In last 2 months basically due to being lazy I have gained quite a few pounds. The time only I get is in early morning, my question is will this 20 minutes exercise help me cut down my weight? or you recommend any other of your videos? Your response will be very much appreciated.

I've done this video more than a dozen times. This is the first time I've realized you're lifting your arms in addition to your legs at about 12:00 into the video. I'm always just listening at that point, and you don't say to lift your arms so I had no idea. LOL

Not Tim! But if you remember that breathing (which covers a lot of pranayamic exercises) is an integral part of all yoga practice, then you will realise that you are already involving "prana" in what you do. Carry that outward into your daily activity, more and more, remember that the rhythm of breathing activity echoes the wider rhythm of daily rhythmic living (and all of us live to some extent in a daily rhythm), and in time, your yoga and your life will grow to complement each other more and more fully.

good video but your audio would benefit from using some sound gates to cut out some of the unessecery sounds, because sometimes your mic is almost too sensitive, you can hear almost every sound you make, which almost anyone would do while working out, I mean I'm not a professional in sound engineering, but I know a little lol

Good if you are looking for a mellow workout. But honestly i don't see how someone with your fitness level can be exhausted after this. I don't feel at all exhausted, or am I doing something totally wrong ?
