Today's workout features 30 minutes of standing exercises that will get the kids moving their entire bodies and working their major and minor muscle groups!!
We all know that regular exercise can keep us healthy, strong and more resistant to many diseases. That's why I've carefully prepared these exercises to help your kids develop stronger muscles and bones by exercising at home. This standing workout will make kids engage their core a lot, strengthening it and developing better balance and stability. This routine will also burn excess body fat and tone kids' muscles, keeping them healthy and in shape. It consists of compound exercises that use body weight as resistance and will be done in 3 sets to increase the effectiveness of the exercises.
