These exercises are safe for osteoporosis and will help you to strengthen the muscles around the spine and your core. This class uses resistance tubing and flat bands which can purchased at a variety of retailers. Perform the exercises after receiving medical clearance. Some of the exercises may need to be modified for your unique health issues.
