Дуже якісно все продемонстровано, і супер пояснено, (використовував субтитри, й перкладач), Скажіть будь ласка, чи допоможе цей комплекс при загострених станах при HLA-7, вже 2 місяці маю дуже сильні болі в плечі, лопатці, та частині хребта з шиєю.Буду дуже вдячний за відповідь, та любі рекомендації.

Why not enough PR & focus / research on CURING the very painful crippling condition Lymphedema attached to breast cancer where, by the way, we no longer want to just 'prolong death' but having been CURED (also) for good. Now. We don't have time.

How soon after surgery should one do these excersises? Breast and lymph node removal, any info would be great.

I gave myself a couple weeks after surgery. . .I think it depends on how invasive your surgery was. Start as soon as you can without risking damage to yourself
