Game changer product man, just picked up one for myself after testing one out on a friends goggles and this attachment solves the only thing that I could possibly complain about. so stoked to finally have a good gift to give to my father for christmas this year! Will mount Great on his snowmobiling or 4 wheeling helmet. I'm sure you are already aware of the potential but motorsports hobbyists would love a product like this, I will never ride without one!

How did you manage to install the adapter in the i5 mask ? Did you use zip ties or glue to have them stick in that space between the foams ? Thanks.

I removed the lens, and we were able to zip tie into that location...We did video it, so I'm hoping to get a vid out shortly to show how we did that. I'm sure others will also find some cool ways to set it up, so looking forward to seeing what other ideas come up over time. But keep following here, or the ExFog Facebook Page as we'll post on both when I get er up..

Hey Guys, what would be your recommended option for attaching the unit to some Oakley M Frames? I thought about zip tieing the magnetic pieces to the frame at the side above the temples. Is there a better solution? Maybe just sticking the tubes in from above?

With our smaller diameter tubes, most guys have simply tucked around the temple area, at least that's been the way it's been done for the last 6 years. I know I've seen a couple zip tie solutions with the magnet Adapters, and was hoping to try to play around with that myself soon. Probably one of the best independent accessories I've seen is the Valhalla V Max Gasket, which was designed exactly for this. Snaps onto the goggles, and replaces your helo kit, with directional flow. And Many guys use that in combination with the magnets. They are not part of ExFog, but highly recommended if you are just kind of looking for a next step. Also. TACS (Tactical Airsoft Combat Simulations) was making a really cool piece for like 10 bucks that zip ties to the stems and the hose goes through and holds in place. I've always simply tucked my tubes. But I know comfort is different for different people, different head sizes, etc., so there's a couple options...Anything else, don't hesitate to let me know!

With Brexit we are screwed, but the good news is that I know Patrol Base has a bunch coming in. Their last order of systems sold out in about a week, and I'm guessing these will go very fast, so I'd call them and see if they reserve, or allow for backorders so you can secure yours. They will probably ship from here early next week, then it's just up to the post offices!

Great question man. It will fir securely, and keep in mind, a lot has to do with exactly where and how you want to install it. Top/Inside/Bottom if not too thick, etc... In the case of what you saw here, it seems to work well, BUT to be fair, head-sizes, thickness of headwraps, tightness of the mask, etc., can all be things you want to weigh when hooking up. Even comfort can be an issue if someone tends to wear their masks really tight. I did like this setup, as I did not have to modify/cut my mask to make it work, but might not work for everyone. I will be doing a video on it also, if you want to hang tight before purchasing... Keep in mind though, as consistent with our policy, if you aren't happy, and can't make it work for you, then we'll gladly refund....Just make sure you are committed if you choose to mod your mask... But we always watch out for you guys, so if you mess around and decide not to move forward, no sweat...

So my tentative answer would be to hang tight until we get some magnet adapter hookup videos out. We'd rather you be as comfortable as possible with a purchase before ya buy...

I don't know if the magnets would be applicable, as most guys just tuck the tubes in the area around the temples for that, but the ExFog kit would work great, and you'd never fog again...Def a common Goggle used with this system.

@DRob-zj1ld - I don't see em a whole lot in the US, but yep. The thicker rubber might be a tad bit uncomfortable if wearing tight and just tucking the tubes, but def happens. I'd think the magnet Adapters would work for it, although not the end of the world if it's a bit too small. End of the day, there's a lot of different ways to make it work. I've seen tons of imaginative hookups even outside of the basics, but just remember that we're super easy to work with if you aren't happy with the system...Just hit me up at [e-mail] for personal one on one troubleshooting... Fyi, I got about done with the response, and noticed you were prob asking about the magnets adapters specifically, rather than the whole system...If so, without measuring they look like they would. If not, we got your back anyway. You'll know when you get em if they'll fit or not. They're pretty minimalist, so at a glance, I want to say they will... If not, just hit me up as I mentioned.

I bought one from eBay and it’s not good design as there is air leak on the usb port

From Ebay? The USB port can't have an air leak due to the design. Air may move through the port, but that will not affect the ability to defog. If it wasn't working well, is it a used unit? Did you ever reach out to us for questions or assistance? This cost a lot for a small business. We've upgraded our battery, from the common Nickel to pure Cobalt, also having to create our own mold, and battery, to push the limits of the run time, and severe cold weather performance. This also cost a lot of money. We waterproof every single board. We've had the microprocessor reprogrammed 3 different times. Definitely isn't cheap. All of this was done PRIOR to our product being stolen. Unfortunately, in the day and age of cheap ripoffs by big box stores, it's hard to appreciate that, especially when those ripoff products have designers that post comparison videos against not only severely aged ExFog's, but also broken ones... So yeah, we've always innovated. And we'll continue to for our customers...
