How often should this be practised?

@anetteaarsland7009 3 жыл бұрын
@@kennethjensen5433 I reccomend doing the exercise for about 2 minutes every hour you are awake Kenneth:-) It should not feel like an effort though, but like a pleasure:-) Best of luck and a lovely exhalation from Norway:-)

In this exercise yes Thilak:-) When not practising the exercise I always recommend pure nose-breathing though. Especially with anxiety issues you calm down more easily by exhaling through your mouth by a slight resistance by making a ssssssss-sound.

If I do'nt actively breathe at the end of exhale, it hardly comes in at all ???

That might be because your stomach muscles are tight Dom, and that you always tend to tense your stomach. By exercising you will manage. I hope you do find hour book.

Exhale...then relax your stomach. You breathe the breath of life out, and let your body take in what you need. Hmmm...
