Sir its the 2nd reason precisely. Not only am I unable to devote adequate time to all three subjects, I'm also left with a feeling of guilt at times, especially during breaks. During breaks I feel so burned out that Im unable to properly reset myself. I do some stretching and other basic body exercises, and do sudoku and riddle solving to refresh my mind, which I find is somewhat helping, but only to an extent. Mostly I'm stressed abt the fact that Exam is in only two weeks time, and board practicals in btw :( Sir kindly help, how to stay cheerful and not worry abt the coming days 🙏🙏💙💙
