Besides being high school teamates , I was also fortunate enough to hunt with Will Beaty and his dad Chet with one of the best labs of all time Tar . We were only 17 but the knowledge of waterfowling being passed down from Chet was evident at the time . As I watch this video I see 42 years of experience going into this operation , and knowing what a hard worker Ryan is , only means 42 more at least . Josh seems super knowledgeable , and if Will tapped him to move up to the majors , then I know he's great at his craft .
