Its a different kind of vlog, Im kinda hesitant to upload this one, I have to ask permission pa from my siblings kasi baka may malabag ako na protocol when it comes to exhumation, but the intention is really to share how it is and why it has to be done.
To the sensitive ones, just close your eyes on the sensitive parts.
Please like and subscribe and give us a thumbs up.

It is good that nature calmly takes the body to dust. So the dead can be with peace. And the bones get cleaned up and put back in the grave with i asume loved one. Its nice to know the person burried here is in company with loved one who died years ago. The pictures can be shocking but after a minute or so i see the beauty and the love and the honor in this whole situation. My condolosus to you for your loss.

I don’t know why, but it’s always been somewhat bothersome to me when I see human remains/bones just kinda tossed into a bag or a bin, versus carefully laying or positioning them in/on something that’s a bit more formal like on/in a white cloth or carefully wrapped and handled properly and respectfully. It’s just my opinion and other folks may not see it as a big thing.

What might work best instead of running their bare hands through a muddy slurry of remains to find bones is to use a sifting screen of some sort where the dust and mud fall through the screen and the bones remain on top. This might be constructed of chicken-wire type material or bought commercially such as a gold panning classifier/sifting pan.

Why bury them in the first place to then dig them up and paw through the mud to find all the bones , only to be then put into a bin bag , total lack of respect and a final resting place. In England an exhumation would not have a family audience and definitely not bagged up on scene in a black sack. Also we respect our deceased by exhuming while it is dark with no family audience. Just baffles me as to why , even if burial land is short , families would invest all that , time , emotion and finance to bury someone and then endeavour a cost years later to dig them up and put them in a garbage bag. Just seem so very wrong.

As you're aware, some countries like Brazil and this piece in the Philippines engage in these activities. I wish I understood Tagalog. I agree with you as in Western cultures a family cannot exhume a deceased family member without good reason. I think it's human nature for many of us to wonder what a body looks like after years as I understand everybody decomposes differently according to a number of factors. I certainly would have hazmat and no flip -flops and would certainly not be sifting through anyone's remains without gloves mid elbow. I never liked visiting my brother's grave because I don't like walking on the grass in cemeteries as it creeps me out because I feel like I'm walking on people disrespecting them although deceased. It just seems as if one didn't exist when you know a loved one is reduced to this but it's the life cycle through death that the Earth takes us all back. When my parents were cremated, I thought these parents whom I loved were reduced to a box of ashes I carried to interment like you're carrying a bag of groceries seemed rather cruel and strange. Keep in mind the cultural traditions. Then again, think of your next door neighbor country Ireland where many truly believe in the Bean Si (banshee) and other superstitions that need to be respected. Yes, many Western cultures would view this as a sacrilege and a curse upon the one that disturbed the deceased. Perhaps theirs views it as a continuation of respect for their family members gone beyond to an afterlife of some sort or not. As difficult this was for this family, I believe they honor their loved one by this act. We learn by their willingness to share a personal glimpse into their life and cultural traditions.

In some countries people have family graves. So when a person dies they are buried in the same place as the one before them (for example their parents or loved one if they died much earlier). In order to do this they must exhume the ones already in the grave, put the bones in a bag or shroud or something like that and rebury them in the new coffin alongside the new "roommate" or next to the coffin as seen in the video

2 reasons as we always do here in the Philippines. 1. the family either decides to be move to different grave(either cemetery closed or family decided it.) 2. Like this video and most common practice/reason the families have no other money to buy another plot or mausoleum depending on what cementary. So they decided to exhume the buried love ones to make way with newly deceased. The bones would be re-buried with newly deceased.

For some, cremation is not an option for religious reasons. In many areas, the departed rest until decay is complete, as in this video, then the bones are removed, cleaned, and stored in an ossuary.

@@rondelby2482 in some countries they dig up remains to save on space which is a precious commodity in places where the population is massive , digging up graves from a certain length of time after the body rots and nothing but bones are left allows the grave to be used for another family who needs to dispose of their dead.

When you are dead your dead no more you you don’t exist all your problems are solved nothing can bother you nothing matters there is no existence there is no reality you can’t observe anything the connections that made you are gone just a bunch left over Trash there is no feeling functionality is gone the living can think about the dead but that exists only in the reactions inside the skull accept this and your existence will be smoother and your spirit will glide along the guide path into the unknown

i am curious. like most people i must admit. what happens to our remains. but, there usually is a but. unless they plan to bury the person somewhere else. whats the point of tampering with thier graves. let them rest in peace. this just morbid and defines no logic. you are disturbing their rest
