@@Arriss3 i didn't mean that they're unpopular. I mean I don't think they're popular as much as they deserve. I don't wanna make a comparison, but FOR ME many of the girl groups who are not as talented as Exid even half are more popular then Exid and I'll never understand why.

EXID is not a young girl group anymore, they debuted 6 years ago and their youngest member is 24 years old, the age of most of the leaders of those "untalented girl group" as you call them. 2. EXID concept is sexy or girl cursh, that's why they are super popular on western side (especially on latin america) but are not really appreciated on Korea. 3. EXID's songs have the same vibe since Up and Down and that seems their biggest "issue". Their song's estructure is like the sexy/low start (usually Hani or Junghwa), then LE's rap, then the bridge with Jungwha and the explosive chorus with Hyerin and Solji. I like it, it is their signature but except for NRTD and Lady the rest has this style and the general public is tyred of them playing safe. 4. They aren't at their peak anymore so they rely on the fans they earned in this 3 years since their blown up. Hun, Exid is doing more than fine considering that they aren't from a big company and they are all old enough to quit the idol industry. Solji is know as one of the best vocalist in kpop, LE is know as one of the best rapper in kpop, Hani is the king of variety shows, Junghwa has being working on her acting career doing webtoon dramas and Hyerin will find her path. Don't compare them to those popular idols groups who are manufactaredby a company just to be consumed by the audience like a product, there are thousands of boys and girls groups like that and they are super popular because they where made to be like that, while EXID found their own way to shine as a group full of talented women who are beyond that "PREETY BOY/GIRL GROUP TYPE"...

Loved every title track of theirs since they debut and always wanted to watch the live performance of "Every Night" and also "I Feel Good". Although the chances was slim, I still attended their Fan Meet when they came to SG hoping for either of the song to be performed. They didn't sing any of it, but I got a signed album after getting chosen by Junghwa. It was a memorable day as I saw EXID for the very first time. Then they came to SG recently for Hallyu Pop Fest and I finally got to hear "Every Night" live in person and I must say, it was worth every seconds of my life to be sitting at the stadium with fellow L.E.G.G.Os and enjoying their performances. Whether EXID continues their contract as 5, they WILL FOREVER be legends to me as they became a top tier group after Hani's LEGENDARY Fancam and they deserve all the love they have.

the vocal improvement the style evolution you can actually even see the bond between the girls grow closer as well i'm so proud of them they actually came out of nothing they didn't have an overnight success many member changes. fluctuating chart popularity. but they never regressed. their music got better. their singing got better. they're a legendary group in kpop for sure. they are honestly just too advanced for their time. years later people are gonna recognize how well made their music is. i'm proud of them for continuing to express themselves as sexy and confident even though it isn't always popular. I only discover them around this year and I was nearly got upset when I read someone said that their contract are gonna end soon. AND I'M GLAD THAT THEY GONNA EXTEND IT. man look at the glow up. I wonder why I never heard of their music before? (Every Night sounds familiar tho) I mean, like my country back in 2012 had this one tv programme where they would shows k-pop music videos (Beast, SuJu, snsd, ss501, Zea, etc) and that's how I was exposed to this world. Nonetheless, I hope the best for this group. I enjoy their songs and they indeed deserves better. I mean, like, even if you only listen without watching any of their videos, their vocals & rap are gold af.
