Wow, why is this interview so underrated? What an evervescent and expressive Sabine, would like to see her so lucky more often. Thanks a lot.

Always nice to see and hear Sabine , the way she present her knowledge in that straight through manner..

The past is gone the presence is fleeting and the future hasn't happened unless you broaden the parameters.

That's a great interview including heaps of 'out of the box' thinking. I personally enjoyed the brief sidestep on Navier Stokes as well as fusion reactors. Thank you Sabine & Climate Pod!

Making predictions is a syntropic process -- teleological. Teleological physics (syntropy) is dual to non-teleological physics (entropy). Syntropy (prediction) is dual to increasing entropy -- the 4th law of thermodynamics! "Always two there are" -- Yoda.

I got a copy of you new book and I was very surprised that you hit the idea of spacetime right at the beginning. Here is my question, why don't anyone ever address the problem of Uranus in the idea of planets causing a dip in the spacetime fabric? How can you have all horizontal dips, and then one vertical dip, all in the same orbital plane? It does not sound possible to me.

The Tragedy of the Commons Finally Quantified: "In any system of energy, Control is what consumes energy the most. No energy store holds enough energy to extract an amount of energy equal to the total energy it stores. No system of energy can produce sum useful energy in excess of the total energy put into constructing it. This universal truth applies to all systems. Energy, like time, flows from past to future".

Since humans can envision creating their own universe from 10kg of mass, the question becomes why are there not remnants of galatic folk cooking up these universes? No agency has done this in 13.7 Billion years?

I am a physicist that worked at CERN. For the few smart persons that might exist on such materialistic mumbo-jumbo channel, I recommend my papers about consciousness, like for example "Meaning and Context: A Brief Introduction".

Sabine, I understand! - It is hard to make sense of your life if you want to tell others something important, that you are not allowed to discuss.

Physicists need a different term for the interval between events to distinguish it from humans' naïve notions of "time."

my favorite egghead, who has a good torch song repertoire, as well. alas, she is too young for me. on balance, it's nice that she takes an interest in general society, there is a severe shortage of smart people on the blogosphere, though many blogists don't let ignorance and dumbosity impede their efforts.

Science that has practical applications like weather control takes a ton of work . Ergo it's taboo . Fetishism is ironically not taboo anymore. It doesn't take hard work .

Choosing to die in a fire to avoid hard work . That's not intellectual. That's not even sane . I don't care if their waiting for another inevitable extinction level event. Their not good parents. And they shouldn't be in charge of my angels

Saying that the universe created energy "out of nothing" is utter nonsense. There is nothing in physics that suggests that.

I'm here to judge people. Even Jewish people. I'm very hard working and extremely judgmental. Let's talk about the weather and what science has been doing, physically as work on the backs of tax paying slaves . Who's children are being raped and sold . Let's talk about it .
