Come on Conroy with the trades you did you will never win a Stanley cup, you cannot trade a nhl level players for prospects that's not moving forward, that is moving backwards, there is no improvement on the ice at all

All of them were gonna resign somewhere else. It takes some time for prospects that aren't top 10 to develop. And not everything is about winning right now. It's about the future and having skill in 3-5 years that is sustainable, we could try and do what we did with huberdeau and kadri and sign guys in the low 30s to long deals again but that's a short term fix. We wont get a franchise player through trading or likley even free agency, it has to be our own top 5 pick or another teams top 5 pick that we have.

@@Christopher.Colberg losing games is 🚫 t acceptable in any way and bringing in prospects and amateurs is not moving forward because they proved they cannot get to the nhl level that is required of them, it's time to stop trying with youngsters we need players who can score 40 plus goals a season, we need players who make the first move on defending, we need players that will block 500 shots a season, we need players who back up their team mates, we need players who have a head on them on the ice and we need players who have speed, who can pass properly, we need power play players and we need a goalie who can stop nearly every shot on the ice not letting in 2-5 goals a game, we need big hitters on the ice, not using players who cannot be what we need them to be in the nhl and we cannot trade nhl players for players who don't know what they are doing, we were very bad in every area on the ice, there has been no improvement in the last 6 years, now it's time for change, we need professionals who can play together and get results, we need the team to move forward but they cannot do that as we are right now

@@adamscharnau3508 your not getting the point, there has been no effort at all on the ice again this year and using youngsters is not a rebuild or retool, it's laziness for bringing in much much better players, it's laziness for not doing trades properly and the team cannot play together at all on the ice and there has been no improvement in the last 6 years and the youngsters have proved that they cannot progress to the level that they need to be at so that proves youngsters are not the way forward it's that simple but Conroy is proving he doesn't know how to trade properly nobody gets rid of their top players for players who prove they are not good enough

@@adamscharnau3508 it also proves that Conroy and huska are showing that why the say they want is not working and it should be a wake up call but nobody is telling them this or nudging them to wake up, they can talk the talk but can't do the walk, the standards are not high enough and they both can't get the players to progress which proves they are also not good enough to move this team forward or in the future

Losing games is not acceptable in any manner, we need to bring in top nhl big goal scorers and better defenceman, stop with the prospects and youngsters they are not nhl level and they proved this year they can't get to that next level that's needed come on wake up

You do realize that in Order for youngsters and prospects to make the nhl and be nhl players is by playing in the nhl and getting tons of games under their belt. USUALLY you’ll be able to tell after a few years if said youngster or prospect are nhl calibre players
