I agree totally. We all know what this lawfare is really all about and it should not be allowed in the United States of America. I predict the scoundrels in the Democrat party are not through yet. What will they come up with next to try and keep Trump from taking office? If this is a peaceful transition of power I will be very surprised.

The corruption and wrong-headed thinking will linger for many years to come. The current employees grew up being corrupted from what most of us consider good and correct. They were raised and trained without morals or how to think. I think the term is brainwashed, and they have been that way a very long time. Coming out of that situation, their mindset cannot turn on a dime. God can work miracles, but He does not work in lives which want nothing to do with Him. He is a respecter of persons.

Merrick Garland is the culpable character for the illegal appointment and misappropriation of 10s of millions of dollars to fund the Smith prosecutions. He definitely should be prosecuted for that. Smith should be investigated, however, for his role in coordinating with prosecutors in NY and GA to interfere in the presidential election.

Since Jack Smith’s Florida case was thrown out because he was not a special counsel appointed by Congress, doesn’t that mean that if the DOJ decides to get out of the way to preserve their special counsel status this case will set precedent for future special counsel cases? If I were President Trump, I would try through Congress to make it law that special counsels must be appointed by congress. This will prevent a future DOJ, from using their power to use lawfare to go after Trump when he leaves or a future former President.

I really don't want to see the NY record-keeping cases dismissed. I want to see that play out on appeal and see a full rebuke of all the abuses and violations in that case. I think the appeal in the GA case is only about Fani Willis at this point and it will likely go against her and it will end there. There are legal/constitutional issues in Jack Smith cases that I'd like to see settled but I'm not sure whether we will since they have no choice but to wind those down now since Trump will be a sitting president shortly.

The Jack Smith cases never had any legal basis whatsoever. It’s all novel application of the law. New York. The indictment doesn’t charge him with a felony. It’s void on its face. The case is a misdemeanor with a federal law attached during the trial. It violates due process to hide the charge from a defendant regardless of what New York allows. The indictment did not inform the defendant the charges against him in violation of the 6th amendment. The Judge should enter a JNOV. He allowed privileged conversations into evidence. He’s not a felon. Until sentencing and the judgement is entered. Federal cases going away because they are moot. He’s now president. Fani blew up the RICO case. Rankin has claimed he wants to use the 14th amendment to keep him out. He did not engage in insurrection, sedition or treason or a coup. He was a candidate fighting the results of the election. Smith will go away one way or another. He’s not appointed constitutionally, DOJ doesn’t prosecute presidents, rico does not apply to election objections. DOJ wants to get out of the case in Florida. Appeal has been filed to the issue of special counsel being unconstitutional. It’s a valid argument. He wasn’t appointed in accordance with the appointments clause. The AG has no authority to appoint a private person outside of the DOJ who has not been nominated by the president and confirmed by the senate. It’s that simple. Reno cobbled together other granting statutes to say the AG has the power. But it doesn’t. The AG statute does not grant the AG the power to do that. Period. Funding as well. So I want it to go up. Otherwise it’ll happen again.

Don't go for a deal that allows the revival of this case at a future date. You have been accused of a crime and deserve your day in court. You will win on appeal. Then you have an action to recover all of your expenses and whatever punitive damages the court might award. Don't let lawfare get started! Nip it in the bud. Sue the judges personally. No one is above the law. This has yet to be challenged as no one has ever before done what this criminal justice system has been engaged in here. While you are at it, if you maintain control of congress, see to it that a congressional investigation into "lawfare" is started. If you do not, a more dangerous situation will have gained presedence.

*The Constitution says... You are Due to be Processed, We have twisted the Law, Right this way to your CAGE! BTW... you still have to pay all the Fines & Fees on the way to your cage. The Government has unlimited funds to Convict you. Government does any damn thing they want with NO ACCOUNTABILITY for their Criminal Lawfare Actions. They all have Judges, Prosecutors, Unions, Immunity, Great Lies, Propagandized Citizens, & Unlimited resources & funds to convict you. Your only remedy to Sue them. IF you can find a lawyer that will take the case it cost you a fortune, a lot of time, and government torture. *The System is Rigged against you... You are mixed up. The 34 felonies is a falsified charge claiming he committed a felony covering up a misdemeanor. The felony is signing non-disclosure agreements. Which of course is not a felony. In this case, the prosecutor is required to say what the crime was that he covered up. And they have not done it, which is what the appeal will be. The NY AG is the one bringing the civil suit saying he defrauded NY with the bank loan. Also a falsified charge.

I became vehemently MAGA when Hillary had murdered the state policeman who rescued my son and I from a bad situation so Bill could become President. I became MAGA against the Dem party when every Job I had, more than a dozen, (Except 1) is either now in China or owned by China. And that one TENNECO, owns three factories in China When this supply is interrupted the auto industry comes to a stop! There are a half a dozen people that are Maga that I would have voted for! You guys are getting the cases mixed up. The business dealing case has been appealed and will probably be reversed. The campaign finance is on hold with sentencing scheduled for after the election and will probably be dismissed. That case has many holes and will not hold up under appeal with the SUpreme Court ruled that Trump is immuned with direct and indirect official acts. The GA state case is in serious trouble with Big Fanny probably will be disqualified. Those are the state cases, the Federal case in DC will be dismissed. Jack Smith had been ruled illegitimate in the FL case.
