Our brain gets stuck in a loop. I would do the rubber band on my wrist trick (ouch) every time I had an obsessive thought. And then I would tell myself "I am not doing this today!!!" And just move on with a positive thought. Medical problem fears....just speak facts. Pray to God to remove the negative thoughts. Work on self-care!!!!😍😍😍

Wow this is mind-blowing and so very true. I know this from experience. I'm 46 and I know the word of God. but yet, I'm still falling into the pit, and there's times when, I've crawled out, but I'm only out for a little while, and I fall right back in. I don't stumble in. I jump right back in, to the bottom all cut and bruised still doing stupid things, and realizing that I have the power on the authority to not suffer through this and yet I keep you going through it🤦. it's terrible and I need a lot of prayer.
