@@Tooba-K123 No, actually, Korean men can enlist between the ages of 18 and 30. It's just that the majority of idols train, debut and build up a fan base FIRST before going to the military. Hweseung did the opposite, he did his military duty as soon as he was eligible and THEN became an idol. I can't think of any other idol that did it the way he did to be honest. But it has worked for him!

Just a random thought but I think hweseung's life is sooo random. From going to the military at a very young age (because his friend signed him up w/o his knowledge) to getting cast by FNC and joined pd101 only 6 months after he joined the company (boii danced to replay on his first appearance on pd101 and god forbid n.flying members to forget about his iconic "be mine" performance) to his viral duet with Hongki (the song called still loving you, and yes, he's the one that did the 6 high notes in the song and he was asked to do that most of the time on any show he attended 😭) to duetting with THE Chen himself. I'm pretty sure he had a pretty interesting life to tell in the future lol

What an exciting matchup for the duet!! I am a fan of N Flying and admire Hweseung's voice a lot, and Chen is of course a master vocalist being part of EXO. I found the arrange of Chen getting most of the main melody of the first verse + chorus with Hwesung doing harmony, and then that flipping for the second half, and then them doing a powerful harmony together during the final chorus, so cool. Hweseung's 90 degree bow to Chen was so 😭

I love Chen’s instinct about Hweseung, that really shows his experience in the industry! This two are harmonizing ALL THE TIME even while jumping around on their stage performances. Chen's vocals are so unique, I was surprised Hwe Seung wasn't able to make a guess. This is the first I'm hearing Hwe Seung, but that he was able to not only keep up but hold his own in a song with Chen proves his own strong vocals. They both did so well-this is God's way of letting you know we need an official collaboration.

Hwe Seung can be forgiven. I had no idea it was Chen during his first song on Masked Singer in 2015 and I had been an EXO-L for two years by then. To this day I swear he disguised his voice on purpose because it is so distinctive. 😂
