Actually he's second after chen. Chen and baekhyun get most highnote but d.o. is the best belting in the group, he's can support until Bb4 (only he in gen 3 can get Bb4 consistent) . But Chen won in lower register so Chen 1st in techniques then D.O. then Baekhyun. I think he underated in vocal because SM suck give him song solo or duet like chen and baekhyun have.
