Just so you know, exo again break again their own record sales and trended before and the exact release date of their album. Topped music charts globally with no promotions. This is just a gift from exo to us EXOL's and it is more than what we expected. Also with lay's participation ugh. It's so amazing.

Lay is still part of EXO. Their contracts all are up in 2022. It's CGI... but it feels so good to hear his voice next to theirs and see him dancing next to them... even if it is just placement. He still loves Exo and they still love him. The issue is literally political issues between countries harming them. Because Chinese Exo-L would love to see Lay back with Exo and vice versa. Lay even joined the group in Korea in 2019 to wave goodbye to D.O. as he went into the military. Lay could have left the group AGES ago for his solo career which has been SUPER successful. But he still stays and is loyal to the boys.

It’ been since their DONT MESS WITH MY TEMPO album comeback which was back in Nov 2018 (only two years) but it felt like forever; I have the photos to proof it and he was added into the TEMPO MV and he also participated with the album’s jacket concept photoshoot but sadly he wasn’t in LoveShot and I don’t remember if he was about to be a part of Chinese version they did for LOVE SHOT. *The extra people you see are back up dancers, sadly he wasn’t able to be there in person with them because of on-going political issues and pandemic. Like last time they had to edit or hologram him within the music video making it appear as if he was actually there especially toward the end when it shows him dancing beside them but you can still hear he voice*
