"Hear Me out" is an awesome chill song but their true genius, in my opinion, is best shown through a songs named "Tempo" and "Gravity". Between the group, members solos and collaborations, they have approximately 300 songs to listen to, in so many different genres, especially R&B. And in all that music, there are very few skips. They are incredible. For Solo music try Baekhyun's 'Bambi', Kai's "Mmmmh" or "Rover", D.O.'s "That's OK." Or "Dad', Chen "I don't even mind", Xiumin "Brand New". Thank you for this video! EXO is definitely vocally oriented group, crowned as K-pop Vocal Kings by both - fans and media. In my opinion they are one of the best Korean groups ever and my personal favourite. As you ask for their songs. "Hear Me Out" is 2nd pre-released song from their upcoming 7th album "EXIST", which will be out on Monday, 10th July. This song in particular, highlighted the voices of the lead vocalists and rap line. You can listen 1st prereleased track "Let Me In" where you can also hear more of their vocals, and especially of the three main vocals of the group. See, I told you EXO is focused on the vocals and delivery. On the other hand, their title track is expected to be more pop dance song, sexy and upbeat (maybe). Oh, yeah, EXO can do it man. Check out their songs "Tempo" and "Love Shot", "Obsession" is also an amazing track. Actually EXO always deliver, you won't make mistake whatever you choose to react or listen on your own. Just for info, EXO debuted on 8 April 2012 and they have very stable discography with many genres - pop, hip hop, edm and etc., but almost everywhere you can feel that soulful r&b influence, since their 1 prereleased track "What is love" back then in March 2012. EXO's music has that more mature sound which I personally love very much. I hope you'll react to more EXO on your channel, moreover enjoy their music cause it is really good, man. If you like quality, variety and elite vocals, EXO is what you want. No matter what mood youre in, they will be giving you a song that goes along with it, accompanied by amazing vocal skills and unique sounds. Every Exo song is an experience, their discography is like blindly picking up candies from a bag and always get a different flavor and each candy has different flavors itself as well! These guys are outstanding and talented all-rounders, humble and loving human beings with their feet on the ground even after 11 years of career. 7/9 have solo albums which are also precious gems. No matter what you listen, whether it's Exo or a solo album, they have a complete non skippaple discography. This specifc song is a bside track that is anticipating the upcoming title track "Cream Soda" from their new album "Exist" releasing on the 10th of July! To make things more interesting, EXO is the first group to come out with a lore, a story that has been going on throughout these years. For better understanding, you should watch their debut song MAMA. Since is my first time here, because i only click when i see EXO 😅, I'll subscribe to watch and follow your Exo journeyyb I've been with them for 9 years now and it's always fun to see somebody else experiencing them for the first time! I'd also suggest to watch Let Me In MV, which is the previous bside released for this album before Heat Me Out, since it's a different vibe, you might get a good look on who are EXO and what can they do! Thank you for commenting. Auto tune isnt just used for keeping vocals in key, it is also used to keep vocals in time and it causes artifacts and roboting timing artifacts in the vocals. It was the timing and vibrato tail timings that I was more talking about lol. Auto tune is used on everything and isnt a swear word like it used to be. It's just an industry standard tool now used on nearly everything and used on nearly every artist.

Idk if you could tell, but EXO, aespa, and SHINee are groups under SM Entertainment. SM is known for their vocals, harmonies, and sound engineering. This is what sets them apart from the other entertainment groups.

If you think these tracks are autotuned I would suggest you listen to them on live concert performances, they hold world records for a reason with a huge venue selling out in 0.2 seconds. breaking their own prior record of 1.47 EXO Live performances are brilliant and their sound is even better live than on studio recorded albums. Kings indeed.

I understand you are not using auto-tune offensive way but when you're saying their vocals sound a little too perfect their vibratos are too perfect, well it's because their vocals are perfect, I don't know your exposition to K-pop, but EXO is basically the top best vocal group, Their vocal technique is actually too good for K-pop, especially for this generation.EXO will sound this good even if you see them doing acapella. You didn't even hear Kyungsoo's voice, you would definitely think it's processed and auto-tuned, his tone sound like computer-processed plus his seamless runs and riff sound unreal, Sadly he didn't have any lines in it, he harmonized here. We as a fandom do understand auto Tune, and the process of producing songs.

Thank you for watching and commenting. It’s not meant in an offensive way to say someone uses auto tune. It’s industry standard practice now to run vocals through an auto tune software like Antares, Melodyne or waves before mixing the track down. It’s used for timing normally more than key. It allows the vocals to stay on beat perfectly.

Auto tune is used on everything and was definitely used on this track in multiple places. It’s mostly apparent in the speed and accuracy in the vocal note changes and in some of the robotic vibrato tails towards the end of words. In some cases it is used on instruments also via tools like Melodyne DNA because it can split a chord into individual keys/string to be re constructed into a different key. It was originally developed to rectify the wrong string being hit in an orchestral piece. Melodyne was able to pick out the individual instrument within the orchestra and then the individual strings on the instrument so they could change the chord structure and correct the mistake. Amazing software.
