Why sken nag co connection lost? Pag nag change ng time and date and pag balik sa app, ni redownload ko na sya. Android po gamit.

Hello! Try changing the date and time first bago ka pumunta sa wyth app ☺️. kailan hindi ka aalis sa wyth app ng matagal. Since yung colorful lights or yung rainbow is just a test if nagana yung light stick. If may problem parin, You can redownload the wyth app ulit.

as far as i know, there is no wyth app anymore. it will automatically connect when you’re in the concert venue 😊

Wyth app already discontinued service and they transferred it to SMTown app already. But we can't test the bluetooth synchronization if there's no upcoming concert. 😢

Nemo Handy xx sa concerts, automatic na siya. Pero if wala ka sa concert tas tinry mo.. dapat yung time and date mo is yung last concert nila and then(like example yung nasa video hehe) + kailan hindi ka aalis sa wyth app ng matagal.
