Last year I started a change in my diet the same time you two did the fasting. I also did the fast then started a modified Keto diet. I’ve lost 65 lbs since I started the new diet. I’m not as fit as farm girl but I’m on the way. 🥃🇨🇦

Smelly hot water? Change the anodes to aluminum. Magnesium anodes are reacting with your water making it smell.
