Problem with game has to be it only has 1 game mode split into 2, it’s either pvevp with or without contact with enemy team, it does get tiresome quite quickly but it is still fun, just needs more gamemodes, it’s kinda like halo infinite when it first launched

OP's observation is correct actually, most of the dinosaur model in this game is based exclusively on jurassic world and not actual extinct animals. Is that a bad thing? No, not really. But it is clearly an intentional thing that they just want the dinosaurs to look like generic pop culture dinosaurs. I mean, if they looked like actual animals it will probably feel pretty bad killing them by the thousands. So it's probably best that they look like plastic toys.

To further elaborate, Ankylosaurus magniventris would have had a heavily armored body in life, but not to the extent that it creates overlapping plates on its entire body like an armadillo's shell, this is a thing known only in older reconstructions, and most prominently Jurassic World's Ankylosaurus. The main, larger armor "spikes" would be the only thing prominent on its body, and those are nowhere near as sharp or exaggerated as the one shown in Jurassic World, and by extension Exoprimal. The real animals' skin would have vaguely resembled the hide of a crocodile, rough and leathery with small bony scales scattered throughout, allowing great defense against physical trauma without sacrificing much mobility. The scutes on the body that form the spikes were more flat and oval-shaped, this shape would redirect the force from large carnivore teeth, not giving it any point to bite down and apply pressure, an adaptation very necessary when you share an environment with Tyrannosaurus-freaking-rex, whose biteforce makes it a walking nuclear bomb. Ankylosaurus also possesses traits not shown in most pop-culture depictions of it, one being a solid ring of bone around its neck with spikes pointing forward, this armored collar makes attacking its head a fruitless endeavor, as it's significantly more fortified than the rest of its already sturdy body. Another would be its limbs, Ankylosaurus' forearms were also armored, and not at all naked and bare as most would depict it. Its arms would have a sort of spiked gauntlet, vaguely mirroring some species of tortoise, it certainly couldn't punch with it, but any carnivore that tries to disable it by biting its arms would be disappointed as well.
