I feel this person's wealth is more to do with 2nd house rather than 11th house. If you see there are 4 planets in 2nd house which is continuously providing him with wealth during its dasha and subdasha. Also, the chart itself is very powerful. Jupiter exalted in lagna and lagna lord in conjunction with Venus, Mercury, and Sun. This person must have lived his life like a royal king.

I will share few of my findings to know if you will gain wealth..first and foremost is second lord dasha where you gain wealth throughout its period along with a chance to have good food (remember second house is also food), second is any dasha of a planet which is situated in second house, third is any dasha of a planet whose nakshatra lord is situated in second house and fourth is any dasha of a planet whose nakshatra lord is also 2nd house lord. 11th house basically means gain or profit that doesnt always mean physical money. I have seen people who have 3 planets in 11th house but still no money. For me, from what I have tested, 2nd house/lord is what can give you wealth. Also, not necessarily mahadasha even antardasha of these planets can give you wealth in the above scenario.

Strange but I have a September chart with very very similar planets placements several years after 1967, Ju in lagna but in saggitarius in D9 instead though. But 10L Ma in vishakha in 5H, Su in 2H in purvaphalguni, Ve from magha in 2H etc; Sa is exalted in libra 4H too. My lagna lord is Jupiter My 11th house lord is Saturn The Saturn ruled nakshatra I have is Anuradha and My Jupiter is my 10th lord and is in the 9th house in Anuradha nakshatra. My asc, moon and ketu are all venus ruled, my 11th house's in libra with venus and rahu sitting there in Swati. My 6th is ruled by venus as well, my 2nd is ruled by saturn which is aspecting my venus, and my 10th is mercury ruled but then I don't have connections. I get big chunks of money given to me from time to time, as well as I make money pretty fast, though nothing huge yet, I'm only 25 though so I'm optimistic.

Nakshatras r widely used for prediction in kp astrology as compared to vedic astrology. Both hv their own accuracy levels. Thr is so much to do whn it comes to study astrology, thr is vedic astrology, jamini astrology, kp astrology, palmistry, vastu n tarot cards.
