The Rolls Royce manufacturing plant is in England, so ordering direct will cost you even more than ordering from your local showroom - and you will still need a dealer relationship later on. ECH is showing you what to look for when buying a used RR Ghost in the region of $100k. RR plant or showrooms do not deal in used models. A new RR Ghost will cost you from US$312k, and the depreciation is fearsome. It's not advisable to buy a new Ghost in 2019, as a completely new model is scheduled for market in 2020 - so your depreciation would be super-fearsome. Finally, no new car can guarantee you no problems, these are extremely complex machines. However your RR dealer can be expected to fix any delivery problems to an extremely high standard.

I found a wonderful substitute for the lambswool floormats. Living in Florida, they would look awful after daily use. Diamond Floormats in England make leather floor mats that look and fit very well in my Ghost EWB. Highly recommend!

A Ghost for under 100k is possible. 2011 with around 40k miles. The one he is driving is much more than that! Also I buy at the same place he does. Those wheels came off a white wraith... I think he owned that one as well. Look at open end lease I doubt he does that but eh.. it may be the way of the Jedi. Also I used the “price range “ for a wraith suggested on other videos when I went to “get” mine and we all had a laugh 😆 all in good spirits. Don’t confuse this with a negative comment, it’s not! I know some of the hacks and the best way to beat market value, is to buy from the auctions but that’s a different kind of beast! For those wondering, I’m not a troll , I’m not discrediting his work or video all I’m saying is that the cars he speaks about are not the cars he owns ! Those are a lot more money 💰.

I’m gonna go ahead and say it before I watched the video... NO WAY IN HELL you got a ghost for $1,100 a month. I pay about $1,140 a month on a new loaded BMW 330e iPerformance at 2.9% APR. And btw most of these people watching think that a $500 car payment is new Mercedes type money anyway, not realizing $500 a month can barely get a semi-loaded Honda Accord.

Your Bimmer is not a High Line vehicle. Your probably financed through BMW Financial Services, which 2.9%APR is a hell of rate, given what the federal reserve is at but they would go a maximum term of 72 Months. Your loan is probably 72 Months. When you get into High Line Vehicles, they have up to 144 Month Financing. They have special lenders, that deal exclusively in high line vehicles. A $100,000 Loan with tax at 8.265% a doc fee of $699 title fee of 28.25 and smog of 29.95, your at $1,121.71 a month for a 144 Months @ 6.99% a tier 1 rate with zero down. With $10,000 down, your payment is $1018.88. Just because you haven't dealt with a high line loan, does not mean they don't exist. I bought my 2015 CPO BMW 650i xDrive Gran Coupe M Sport in 2017, and got financed with my credit union with $5000 down at 84 months at 3.49% at $562 a month. I bought the car for $42500++, and it had a MSRP of 98500. It has the Bang & Oulfsen, Cold Weather Pack, M Sport Pack, HUD, Night Vision Assist, Lane Departure, Comfort Access, it's loaded. A semi loaded Honda Accord should not be more than $350-$400 a month, and I am talking a brand new loaded accord. Non High Line cars can be financed for up to 96 Months at Credit Unions...

Yes. Large wheels give less vertical rubber (which becomes a form of vehicle suspension) plus it increases unsprung weight which makes the ride more jittery. Furthermore, large rims greatly increase the possibility of wheel damage over potholes and other imperfect road surfaces. My personal theory - look at most vehicle makers’ smaller wheels. They’re deliberately boring designs. But look at their larger wheels - they’re usually much nicer designs. They could put those same nicer designs on their smaller wheels but they don’t. I believe that they do this on purpose to entice buyers to go for the larger rims with the sinister knowledge that customers will have to buy replacement rims frequently.
